Overview:

Join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team to help manage day-to-day contingent workforce hiring and provide talent coordination support for full-time hiring. In this role, you'll take initiative in managing various temp agencies to provide talent and with GHI managers to select and onboard talent. You'll also be supporting a recruiter focused on highly specialized roles, to help select, hire and onboard talent. This is a great opportunity to showcase your recruiting support expertise, own the day to day hiring activities for contingent workers. You'll be encouraged to help us fine-tune our processes and innovate as we deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for extension and conversion at a future date.

Contingent Workforce Support
· Partner with hiring managers and GHI approved agencies to identify temporary worker resources
· Create and maintain employment records and data accuracy in Avature and other HR systems
· Assist in tracking contract start and end dates; partnering with external vendors and hiring managers to begin, end, and extend employment contracts in accordance with local laws and regulations
· Pull and prepare data in response to reporting requests and audit requirements
· Provide ad hoc support as needed
Interview and Offer Support for fulltime hiring

· Interface with candidates to coordinate interview schedules, set up presentations, and coordinate travel
· Maintain data integrity of Applicant Tracking System (Avature); create profiles
· Actively participate in weekly recruiting meetings
· Support new hire orientation and other onboarding activities

Qualifications for this position include:

· 2+ year of Talent Coordination support experience, including some support for Contingent Workforce resources
· Strong customer service orientation
· Experience directly sourcing talent
· Excellent communication, composition, editing and proofreading skills
· Ability to interact effectively with highly technical staff, management, and candidates
· Ability to multi-task while maintaining a dedication to quality and accuracy
· Experience with Applicant Tracking databases; use of Avature a plus
