The Digital Marketing & Analytics Sr. Manager is responsible for gathering, analyzing, interpreting and reporting metrics for all Digital programs/channels to ensure teams and Executives understand the performance and impact of these efforts. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Digital Communications, you will be both highly analytical and creative, passionate about leveraging data to uncover key insights and making strategic recommendations that will drive business decisions to positively impact the visitor experience and engagement and drive more business. This is a broad role that covers both day-to-day insights and big picture analysis. Your ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment will influence partners and translate business requirements to engineering. Your ability to possess superior communication skills and be highly organized and customer-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is important. Also, this role requires successful management of multiple projects and resources concurrently on time and on budget.

· Lead analytics & reporting
o Manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics, Power BI, and social media analytics to gather campaign and conversion metrics, ensuring tracking mechanisms and dashboards are in place and working for all websites and other digital programs to gain measured results. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all data.
o Be on top of all Digital Communication activities to understand the impact of digital programs to analytics to report out recommendations and next steps.
o Develop quarterly analytical reports to make strategic business strategy insights and recommendations for program optimization and perform ad hoc analysis for digital campaigns that enable the organization to be agile and responsive to new opportunities. Weave the story behind the data, with a focus towards driving action. Regularly communicate key insights and recommendations to senior leaders across the organization.
o Continually test and optimize - from A/B testing CTAs and content placements to
optimizing lead gen form flows, this position will drive the strategy for website testing.

· Drive the execution of web projects to accomplish Genomic Health's business strategies for patient websites and and corporate website on time and within budget
o Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners/groups (Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, IT, Medical) including external agencies when needed.
o Regularly create and launch content, call to actions, and landing pages for the Treatment websites to accomplish business objectives to highlight announcements and new studies to drive physician acquisition.
o Build content into Sitecore (CMS), test, and deploy into production
o Work on Agile activities
o Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of our web standards, content, and structure.
o Participate in and influence major website projects and redesigns working with integrated design, development, QA and production teams


· University or College degree in business administration, engineering or marketing (MBA preferred)
· 8-12 years of related experience with a minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (campaigns and analytics reporting). Project Management skills ideal.
· Excellent communicator skills with the ability to consult and influence across multiple levels of management.
· Must have a strong understanding of web technology as well as content management systems
· Content creation in collaboration with multiple partners, such as legal, customer acquisition, marketing and PR teams.
· Experience with metric tools including: Facebook Insights, Radian6, Twitter, YouTube, Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
· Technical understanding which includes at least one of the following: ASP.NET, LAMP, FLASH, RSS, TWITTER, HTML 4/5; ADOBE. Etc.

· Work experience in diagnostics, medical devices or pharmaceutical
· Budget management experience

· Travel Requirements: <10%
