POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Content Specialist / Manager is responsible for the execution of projects and campaigns to support digital marketing strategies to intercept, educate and activate patient and customer (physician) audiences. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Digital Communications, you will have proven experience managing digital channels to positively drive customer engagement and more business. You will be responsible for managing web content production, ensuring high-quality, actionable and cutting-edge marketing and web content that optimizes engagement through Genomic Health's global product website, OncotypeIQ.com. Your ability to have superior communication skills and be highly organized and customer-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is important. You will be collaborating closely with communications, sales development, email marketing, product marketing, events and digital communications to create a cohesive multi-channel approach to marketing.
Also, this role requires successful management of multiple projects and resources concurrently on time and on budget. You will need to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, influence partners and translate business requirements to engineering for Genomic Health's websites.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, manage and analyze strategic content to educate patients, physicians, and corporate audiences. Drive the execution of web projects to accomplish Genomic Health's business strategies for the product websites globally on time and within budget.
o Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners/groups (Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, IT, Medical) including external agencies when needed.
o Responsible for day-to-day content management of the websites. Track all changes and make sure all changes are well-managed.
o Think strategically about site content and execute the right web pages/changes
o Build content into our content management system (CMS) Sitecore, test, and deploy into production
o Takes business requirements to create new features for the websites. Responsible for writing clear web requirements for GHI development teams, testing, and launching web features.
o Work on Agile activities
o Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of our web standards, content, and structure.
o Participate in and influence major website projects and redesigns working with integrated design, development, QA and production teams
o Operates with high degree of responsibility regarding regulatory, legal and corporate
compliance of digital marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
· University or College degree in business administration, engineering or marketing (MBA preferred)
· 5-8 years of related experience with a minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (web content management). Project Management skills ideal.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult and influence across multiple levels of management.
· Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, especially the ability to simplify complex information into actionable recommendations
· Knowledge and experience working in multiple marketing platforms, working with content management tools (e.g. Sitecore, Drupal). Experience with use of web and measuring tools including Google Analytics, etc.
· Mastery of Microsoft Office applications and related cloud applications
· Knowledge in lead generation tactics and integration with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
· A strong understanding of current industry standards and techniques for digital content creation and management; knowledge of best practices for UX, social media, SEO and online lead development strategies.
· Excellent project management skills; must be able to work collaboratively to complete projects on deadline and within budget.
· Technically savvy with HTML, CSS, other front-end web-related languages
· A detail-oriented, self-starter mindset with the skills to flourish in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment

Desired:
· Work experience in diagnostics, medical devices or pharmaceutical
· Experience in working with people of diverse culture, background and languages
· Familiarity with agile methodology
