Overview:

As the Product Manager, Urology Marketing ("PM"), you will report to the Senior Product Manager, Urology Marketing ("SPM"), and be responsible for providing comprehensive support across the entire spectrum of strategy and promotional marketing activity.

In this role, you will maintain specific vendor relationships, create hard-copy and digital assets, and support market research activities. You will also participate in other strategic and promotional related projects associated with educating key customers and supporting analytics.

To be successful in this role, you will be detailed oriented and have an ability to carry out multiple tasks in parallel. Competitive candidates possess relevant experience in diagnostic, urology and/or oncology marketing, with a demonstrated ability to master complex scientific material and convey these concepts to physicians, patients and internal stakeholders in a compelling, understandable manner.

Given the matrix environment of the Marketing Department, you will interface with multiple internal and external parties. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential. The Product Manager should enjoy working in an ever-changing office environment and be able to maintain composure and poise in sometimes-hectic situations. To support departmental activities, he/she will convey verbal & written requests and other information to internal and external parties on a routine basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
· Under the direction of the Senior Product Manager, you will support key analytics, the development of promotional materials, and other relevant activities
· You will be responsible for tools and programs focused on specialty audiences (e.g. urologists, surgeons, pathologists, urology fellows, diagnostic radiologists, radiation oncologists) that can influence Oncotype DX ordering.
· You will have the opportunity to work directly with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Sales, Training, Corporate Communications, Medical Affair, Sales Ops and PRC-review Teams, on a wide range of projects.
· You will handle questions and requests related to department programs and functions and be expected to keep current on all technical and clinical data associated with the assay.
· You will prepare verbal & written requests and other information to internal and external parties on a routine basis.
· Using basic outlines and directions, you will create departmental memoranda and presentations, as needed. You will coordinate regulatory & legal review of new or revised promotional materials in a timely fashion and work closely with outside vendors to manage inventory of promotional tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven analytic skills.
· Strategic thinker with potential for advancement as the Company grows.
· Computer skills: , databases, , presentation development skills, MS Office expertise must be at a very high level.
· Writing skills: memos, letters, data analyses, with proper grammar and spelling. Competitive candidates will possess a keen eye towards detail and use of language.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex tasks and to meet deadlines.
· Brings a positive mental attitude to daily tasks and becomes a net contributor to overall morale.
· BA or BS required. Advanced degree strongly preferred (MS, MBA) or equivalent
· At least 2 years+ of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong track record and accessible references. Field sales experience in urology or oncology is a plus.
· Urology or Oncology market experience required.
· Relevant experience in a tightly-controlled, regulatory environment.
· Strong communicator with ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, managers and customers as needed
· Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner
· Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality
· Ability to work as part of a team
